CANCELLATION POLICY
60% of session payment is required for the following conditions. Less than 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. 100% full payment on No show/no call, or missed appointment. {this includes contacting within minutes of appointment time or after, or the therapist contacted you.} Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment
